Community-centred HIV prevention, testing, counselling and linkage to treatment for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Justice
Prevention, survivor support and referral pathways to legal, health and psychosocial services for GBV survivors.
Wellbeing
Psychosocial support, capacity building and referral linkages for individuals experiencing mental health challenges in the community.
Health
Comprehensive SRH education, peer-led outreach and access to services for young people and women in Nyeri County.
Livelihood
Table banking, financial literacy and small business support for women living with HIV, enabling economic independence.
Wellbeing
Community awareness, counselling and rehabilitation linkages for individuals and families affected by drug and substance abuse.
Environment
Environmental health education and community action linking environmental sustainability to community well-being.
Advocacy
Evidence-based research, policy engagement and community advocacy to strengthen rights of people living with HIV.
