How We Work

Three Principles, One Approach

01

Community-Led at Every Level

People living with HIV/TB are not just beneficiaries — they are designers, implementers and evaluators of every CHI programme.

02

MIPA-Anchored

The Meaningful Involvement of People with AIDS principle ensures lived experience drives every decision and intervention.

03

Multi-Sector by Design

CHI works across health, justice, livelihoods and environment — because community challenges do not fit into a single sector.

Community Voice

The community knows best what the community needs. When we design programmes together, they actually work.
